Kingfisher Park is staffed by highly knowledgeable equine professionals dedicated to providing the highest level of care to the horses at our facility.

Our low-stress environment, founded on meticulously maintained stabling and turnout, highly trained staff, and consistent routine, is designed to keep horses happy and healthy.

We know, however, that nobody understands a horse’s needs better than its owner. Therefore, we offer three boarding packages specifically designed to offer maximum flexibility in boarding options to best meet the needs of each horse and his/her rider.

Barn Facilities:
• Smoke and heat detection system in barn
• Security cameras on barns and at farm entrance
• Monitoring cameras in each stall
• Electronic entrance gates with keypad access
• Secure, climate controlled tack room
• 12’X12’ stalls with ThuroBed mattress system
• Fans in each stall
• 2 MacroAir High-Volume, Low-Speed in barn aisle
• Automatic Fly System
• Nelson Automatic waterers, monitored and cleaned daily
• Salt block provided in each stall
• 4 large indoor wash stalls with hot and cold water, and rubber floor mats
• Fans and heaters in wash stalls
• 15’ wide barn aisle
•Large climate controlled lounge, climate controlled bathroom and 2 climate controlled, fully stocked shower rooms

Pasture and Riding Facilities Available to All Boarders:
• 250’ x 175’ riding arena with all weather footing
• 100’ x 150’ grass arena
• Full-sized dressage arena
• Solid-sided wooden round pen with sand footing
• Cross country schooling area with multiple elements including a water jump, banks, ditches and a selection of portables
• 300 acres of rolling pasture and trails for hacking out
• 30 one-acre pastures for turnout

• Director of Equestrian Services lives on premises

Option 1 
Premier Boarding Package

Premier Boarding offers an all inclusive boarding package specifically designed to meet the needs of those with busy work and/or travel schedules. The Premier Boarding Package is designed to minimize the time an owner must spend scheduling routine services for his/her horse, thereby maximizing the opportunity for riding, training and competing. The Premier Boarding package includes ALL of the following services:

• Basic farrier services with shoeing and/or trimming
• Basic dental care with annual dental check & floating (if necessary)
• One full body clip per winter
• Daily cleaning of bridle and saddle
• Full laundry service, including annual cleaning and repair of blankets and sheets
• Daily turnout
• Morning and afternoon feeding with high quality grain and supplements/ electrolytes as needed
• Quality hay fed throughout the day with extra evening/nighttime feeding
• Blanketing as needed, including changing blankets during the day according to temperature changes
• Turnout boots and fly masks as needed
• Daily hoof picking when horses are brought in from turnout
• Light grooming and washing as needed
• Full worming program
• Basic first aid care and supplies
• Night checks with hay feeding
• Access to all riding facilities
• Access to Olympic level trainers and clinicians

Option 2
Full Boarding Package

Full Boarding offers a boarding package specifically designed to meet the needs of those who wish to be responsible for scheduling all basic care services for their own horse. With this package owners are responsible for scheduling all farrier, veterinary, and dental care for their own horse and are responsible for being with, and holding their horse, when the farrier, vet and/or dentist is in attendance. The Full Boarding package includes the following services:

• Daily turnout
• Morning and afternoon feeding with high quality grain and supplements/ electrolytes as needed
• Quality hay fed throughout the day with extra evening/nighttime feeding
• Blanketing as needed, including changing blankets during the day according to temperature changes
• Turnout boots and fly masks as needed
• Daily hoof picking when horses are brought in from turnout
• Light grooming and washing as needed
• Full worming program
• Basic first aid care (supplies to be provided by owner)
• Night checks with hay feeding
• Access to all riding facilities

Option 3
A La Carte Boarding

A La Carte Boarding combines the Full Boarding Package with a selection of the services available through the Premier Boarding Package. This boarding option is designed for those who wish to select some, but not all, of the Premier Boarding services for their horse. The A La Carte Boarding Package includes all services available through the Full Boarding Package, plus the option to select from the following services:

• Basic farrier services with shoeing and/or trimming
• Basic dental care with annual dental check & floating (if necessary)
• Full body clip
• Daily cleaning of bridle and saddle
• Full laundry service, including annual cleaning and repair of blankets and sheets
